The Safe Children Coalition conference provides training and networking opportunities to 400-500 child welfare professionals throughout the state of Florida and across the United States where connections are made, and resources are shared.

Our attendees are among government agencies, nonprofit organizations, healthcare, universities, coming together to gain and share child welfare knowledge, collaborate, and connect. Our attendees include case managers, child advocates, child protective investigators, Child Protection Team, attorneys, court staff, DCF, relative and non-relative caregivers, foster and adoptive parents, Guardians ad Litem, law enforcement, and service providers.

Exhibitor Booth Information

Sponsorship booths:

• One 6′ skirted-table, 2 chairs
• All promotional activities, including displays, signs, Flyers, and literature distribution, must occur solely within the exhibit space.
• Electric is not included.
• Display materials must not exceed a maximum height of 8 feet from the floor.  Exhibit booths must be set up by Wednesday, May 5th prior to 11 am.
• Sponsors grant permission for SCC to use their name and logo in marketing promoting the conference.

Educational Session Attendance & Exhibitor Staff: Sponsors/Exhibitors must be registered for the conference to attend any education sessions, including the keynote sessions. Please note that individuals solely staffing a booth without attending sessions do not need to register.  Exhibitor staff not attending sessions will be provided a “sponsor” badge at check-in.
